Personal development, as I teach it, is about learning to think in the most effective and efficient way possible everyday. My job as a coach of mental skills is to help people go where they might not be able to go on their own, given their old ways of thinking. The challenge lies not in understanding the concepts I teach, because they are simple and make common sense. The challenge lies in the thinking this way everyday.
